Over 200 vehicles, adorned with intricate floral arrangements and national symbols, will parade through Namangan's streets, transforming the city into a living canvas of blooms.
Workshops promoting sustainable gardening practices and environmental conservation will be held, along with cultural performances and traditional dance shows.
